Get started

During initial server, must import questionnaire before assignments can be made.

Update

When changes happen to the questionnaire, must import changes from Designer to Headquarters (e.g., add questions, correct conditions, etc.)

Test

When developing, may want to import to test (e.g., see how works on Interviewer, distribute tests to tablets, etc.)
